How quickly can you get to me in an emergency?
We aim to be with you within 1 to 2 hours if you’re in our coverage area. Exact time-frames are traffic and location dependent – just give us a call if you have a pressing plumbing issue.
Do you charge a call-out fee?
If you’re able to provide us a picture/video of the issue, we’ll provide a free estimate by phone. We don’t have stand alone call-out charges – we charge £120 for an in-person assessment of the job, which rises for services in the City.
Do you cover evenings and weekends?
Absolutely. Ordinarily we operate on business hours Monday to Friday, and Saturday until lunch. If you need work done outside of these hours, just give Chris a call and we’ll see how to accomodate it.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Yes — all boiler and gas-related work is carried out by fully qualified Gas Safe engineers. You won’t be seen by anyone without full plumbing qualifications.
What kind of fixes and repairs do you offer?
A whole range. We fix leaking and dripping taps, overflowing toilets, broken electric showers, faulty boilers – and many more.
What kind of installations do you provide?
Typically, we install boilers, toilets, taps, baths, electric showers, basins, tanks and pipes. If there’s something you need that isn’t in the list, reach out – you name it, we’ll fit it!
